Unable to join family plan

New member | Level 2

I have two Basic accounts, one assoociated to my personal email address and one to my work email.  I received an invitation from my co-worker to join their family plan and the invitation was sent to my work email.  I clicked on the invitation and it takes me to the login page where I entered my login credentials for my work account, but when I click on submit, it takes me to another login page that says "Sign in to your personal account" and in small print it's says I'm signed currently signed in with ny work account.  My personal email is preloaded in the email address box and is grayed out and it will not allow me to change it.  I've tried completely signing out of Dropbox, I've cleared cookies and cache and restarted my computer.  Nothing works.   How can I accept this invitation if it won't allow me to change to the correct email address.

Hi there @LR3, thanks for dropping by.

You're right, currently, you won't be able to join a Family plan if your email address is associated with a Business (work) account.

Could you ask the other user to send you the invitation to your personal account, instead?

Let me know how it goes, cheers!
