I can't log in to my account.
The reason is that your account has two-step verification and you changed your phone number.
I can access my Google email, but I can't log in to Dropbox due to two-factor authentication.
There is no verification code for backup.
I know the phone number I used before, is there any way to log in?
Without the backup codes, no, sorry, there isnt unless you can get access to the phone number again or find the backup codes.
