Hello, 
I attempted to access my Dropbox account today and upon doing so, I was told that my password is expired. I am unable to access the email address that was used to build my account. I think it's kind of crazy that there is no other option to reset the password... text, security questions, nothing? I would like to continue to use the account, especially since I am still being billed for it on a monthly basis! I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to figure out how to contact someone at Dropbox and apparently customer service is no longer a thing What do I do in this situation? Any assistance is much appreciated!

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
