My old account, full of personal data, has been blocked due to security concerns (mail&password has been leaked elsewhere).
The problem is that I cannot access the mail account associated anymore because is a very old one and I no longer have access to it so I just cannot do a password reset via email.
I can provide the proof that I'm actually the owner, please contact me.

You need to have access to the email address associated with your Dropbox account in order to gain access to the account. Without the email, and without already having a device signed in to your account, you likely won't be able to get access.
