Hi , I am trying to switch accounts on the app, but when I clock on my profile pic, it does not give me the options to click preferences >> account >> unlink. It just say my username and "owner"

Hi @gqnmh, thanks for joining the Community!

 

In order to understand this issue in more detail, could you clarify where you're clicking the profile picture? Is this on the Dropbox desktop application, the site or the mobile app?

 

A screenshot showing this, while hiding any personal info, would be great.
