I have never registered with Dropbox and I don't know how they got my bank details because for the last 3 months they keep debiting my account. I have contacted my bank,change my debit card and the bank even blocked them but they still manage to debit my account with a different ID every month.
It's so fustrating !!!
I contacted Dropbox , sent them a copy of my bank statement showing clearly the charges and still this agent " Joseph" told me that he can't help me unless I give him all my personal bank details.
Seriously!!!

Hi there @Yoush23, I'd be more than happy to help get to the bottom of this!

I was able to locate your communication with Joseph, but I can see that this is now closed. I'll need to contact you via email so that we can discuss this safely since this is a public forum.

Sometimes, for us to be able to locate charges, we may need some specific billing info. However, we make sure that the info we request wouldn't compromise your security in anyway.

I understand though if you would feel uncomfortable to provide that in this situation. I've reached out to your email linked with your profile and we can look into this from there.
