Unauthorized debits

The reason for payment is to be your service which you get from me monthly. But when my computer crashed, my important documents couldn't be found saved. Please stop getting payments from my account.

Why you keep getting monthly payments from my account when my 1000mb Dropbox is not syncing my documents. Please retrieve my documents or I will disengage from your service.

Hi @Seequeh; thanks for joining our Community and apologies for the late response.

 

If you're still having issues with this, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team so we can assist further. 

 

Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any account and when on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.

 

I hope this gets resolved for you soon.
