Understanding £10 per month to store my files on my device

Understanding £10 per month to store my files on my device

Explorer | Level 3

Hi,

Am I understanding this correctly?

The reason I ask is because it doesn't seem to make sense. I decided to try and make some files on my Dropbox available offline today but the application tells me I need to pay £10 per month to do that; to sync / store my files on my tablet.

Is this accurate or am I missing something?

Asking as I've always idolised Dropbox for what it does, allowing me to keep a word document (such as a letter) on my computer and have it sync to my laptop if I edit it, but was suprised by this. Cheers, Dave

Hi @brightspark; welcome to the Community!

I'm sorry for the late reply; your post was caught by our spam filter somehow and I just restored it for you.

In regards to your query now, am I correct to assume that you're trying to offline whole folders and not single files?

If that's the case indeed, yes, the feature for offlining whole folders via the mobile app is available to the Plus, Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans so you'd need to upgrade if you're on the free, Basic plan to utilize it.

I hope this helps clear things up a tad and I'm always around if you have any follow up questions.
