Unknown charge from Dropbox on my card

I have an erroneous charge for $128.39 to my credit card from dropbox. I was guided to the 'find receipt' tool to contest this charge where I entered the last 4 digits and expiration date of my card as well as the transaction ID, however the tool does not recognize the last 4 digits of my card. Because my personal dropbox account is a free account, I do not have access to customer support, so here I am. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about this. As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link and providing as much info as possible.
