Unmerging account to wrong subscription

Unmerging account to wrong subscription

Without realising the consequences I merged my professional account with a business account.  We have managed to unmerge them but my account has gone back to a basic account no the professional account.   How do I talk to someone at Dropbox to sort it out!!??

Hello @Frustrated7, I'd be more than happy to help!

 

When you join a Business team but you are already on a paid plan, your subscription ends straight away and any remaining credit is refunded to the original payment method.

 

This is why, when you were converted to an individual account, you were back on a Basic plan. 

 

You should be able to upgrade to your original subscription though from this page

 

Could you try that out and let me know if you have any trouble?
