Unrightly billed for 10 months (via Apple)

Dear Dropbox community,

 

I was VERY supprised when I just found out I have been billed 12 euros for the last 10 months for a Dropbox Plus subscription that I have cancelled on time. Here is the story:. On Juni 25 2019 I have requested a free bonus month of Dropbox Plus that should be cancelled before July 24th to avoid going into a paid subscription. Well, I have cancelled my Dropbox Plus subscription on July 15th so I was on time. I have an e-mail from Dropbox with this notification of cancellation as proof. I have never looked into it again since I tought that it was done. Untill, as I said, I checked my creditcard details this morning and saw that I have been billed 12 euro's a month ever since!

 

As I have cancelled my subscription on time and did not even use Dropbox ever since, I would like to have the money that is unrightfully billed refunded. So how do I cancel my subscription and more importantly: How do I get my money back?

 

Would love to hear the answer!

I am trying to cancel my supscription but Apple sends me back to Dropbox. So any help would be hepful because I have no idea to cancel my subscription (since I already am back to Dropbox Basic), let alone get my money back.

I found how to cancel my subscription through Apple. Now I need to find a way to get my money back!

Hi @Rick0488; welcome to the Dropbox Community!

 

Since your subscription was/is handled by Apple, I'd suggest following the steps below to contact Apple regarding a refund:
