Unwanted upgrade package

I was erroneously changed my account.   I changed it back to my previous plan.   How can I have this information corrected.  I am getting emails that are making extra charges.     HOW CAN I TALK TO A HUMAN BEING to correct this problem.

All support options available to you are at www.dropbox.com/support - note, however, that offices are not open on a weekend.
