Updating billing / credit card data keeps failing

Hi
I need to refresh my credit card data on Dropbox plus plan. But if I go to Billing/Payment method/Update it keeps failing. 
Same if to click on e-mail link, that I have received couple of times with request to update my credit card data. 
How to proceed?

Hey there @Aivi, thanks for posting your question here. 

Have you tried updating your billing information from another browser or an incognito window?

If you have, could you let me know the exact error message that you get?

Any screenshot you could send our way (without any personal info) would be super helpful.

I tried both, usual and incognito window. Both Chrome and Edge. All the same - filed to load payment form... Screen is here:
