Hello, question no 1, why is there no simple support email to write to?

Second, upgrade has been paid for but not honoured. Account is basic...

Hi Lusil,
Yes, I took the trial for a month and then the payment was taken, but account downgraded. I even have an invoice stating so.

Hello,

 

Every time I goto the link, I can't find a direct link to submit.  I did manage (Somehow!) to submit one the other day, but when I click on open, it just closes again. Complete loop.  Existing number is 11834617
