Upgrade from Dropbox Plus to Professional "you cannot change plans at this time"

Upgrade from Dropbox Plus to Professional "you cannot change plans at this time"

Hello Dropbox Community:

I'm a longtime dropbox user (personal and through work) and I am stuck in a loop trying to upgrade my personal account from Dropbox Plus to Professional.  When I click through "see available plans" and then choose Professional, it takes me back to my "Plan" page with a banner that says "You cannot change plans at this time."

There seems to be no customer support offered to personal users (no matter how many thousands of dollars you have paid over the years) so I am asking here.

Thanks for any help!

Paul

Hey there @pschniddy, welcome to our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with upgrading your account.

Could you please try to do this through another browser and/or after clearing your browser's cache?

If you still get the same error, I'd appreciate a screenshot, so that I can have a visual too.

Thanks a bunch, Paul.
