Hi Lori, Thanks for getting back to me. I think this may be my mistake. The email linked to my Dropbox account is [email removed as per Community Guidelines] but I did not receive an email today. Somehow, an alert popped up on the D'box icon on my Windows desktop, but ti seems the alert dated back several months. Not sure how that happened! As long as my account has plenty of space as I think it does, I needn't trouble you any more.
