I am trying to upgrade the space in my Dropbox.. But when I click to upgrade it shows me another email and not the one that I use, I doesn't even let me to change it. It has gray color and I can only add the password. Also this email is deleted but when I login I use my personal email and I login successfully.. Do you know what I can do?

Can you please clarify if you're trying to upgrade from our website directly or if this happens on a mobile device when trying to upgrade through the app store?

it happens from every device.. I can show you with a picture what is happening when I'm trying to upgrade
So this happens when I click to upgrade. It gets me to this screen and there it has the grey square with old email that it doesn't exist anymore and of course can not do anything
As for your support entitlements which depend on the plan you' re on, you can have a look here.
Regarding the initial issue though, have you tried signing out of the account with the old email address and then log into the one you're using through a web browser?
