Upgrade to Business failed

Upgrade to Business failed

Erika25

Dear,

We would like to upgrade my account to Dropbox Business in order to get more space, but when entering (by admin) all details and payment method (Mastercard), the following message appears everytime: "Deze wijziging van het land wordt niet ondersteund." (Dutch)

Freely translated: "This change of country is not supported."

What could be the issue here?

Many thanks for your help.

Hi @Erika25, thanks for posting today!

Generally, this error message would appear if you're changing currency on the account. Were you using Euros, or another currency when making the purchase?

Keep me posted!

Dear Jay,

Many thanks for your reply! Indeed, we used Euros as a currency.

We will try again using USD and get back to you with the outcome.

Best wishes,

Erika

Dear Jay,

The system automatically changes the currency to Euros when entering the country and zip code (2100).

The same message keeps appearing (changes to the country not supported). Are there any other solutions?

Many thanks for your help.

Best wishes,

Erika

Could you have the admin write in this thread so that I can contact them via the email associated with their forum profile to look into this in more detail?

Dear Jay,

How can I include admin into the thread?

Thanks again.

Ask them to access the community while logged into their Dropbox account, then try to sign in and create a username, then reply to my message here.
