Hello I purchased an upgrade subscription to Dropbox Plus monthly through the Apple App Store for my Dropbox App. My Dropbox App still registers me as “Basic” account. I’ve done all the updates and “restore purchase” buttons. I suspect it’s because I have a different email address to make purchases on the App Store than I do to log into my Dropbox account. What can I do to fix this? It’s absurd to be paying a monthly fee for a service that is not being delivered. Thank you
It doesn't matter if the Apple account is different to the Dropbox account, since they're not linked in that way. Is the email associated with the Dropbox account on the mobile app the same as the one on the site and desktop app when you sign in?
What error do you get when you press the 'Restore purchases' button?
