I recently upgraded my account to 2TB.  I was billed, but I never got the upgrade.  So I had the charges reversed.  Now I want ot ry again...and I want it to be sucessful this time. 

I also have a worker in Africa ( I am in USA).  We use DropBox together to share files...I want to be sure he can use it too...also, I want to be able to also use my laptop as well as my desktop...


Can you help me?

Can you clarify if you're going to be using the same individual account with your worker or if they have their own account? Have you considered using shared folders perhaps? 


As for using the app on both of your devices, just make sure to log into the same account on both devices.
