Hi. I'm trying to take advantage of the 30 day free upgrade before I commit. But every time I try to submit for some reason, when it asks for my password, it's displaying my MOTHER'S email!! And my sisters PayPal account.

Hey there, @Ayem, welcome to our community. 

It sounds like someone is already logged into a Dropbox account in the browser you’re using, and our system is picking up on that. It could also be your browser’s password manager getting in the way. 

If you can, log out of all Dropbox accounts, close the browser, open a new browser window, and try again. 

You can also try opening  a new incognito/private browser window (making sure that there is no current Dropbox account logged in there too), and starting your trial from there.

Hi. Thank you. I'll try this but no one else lives with me and my mother has no clue about Dropbox.
