Upgraded my account to access watermarking but I can't until after the trial.

Can I just cancel the trial so I can access the watermarking?

Hi @danigordon, thanks for reaching out!

In order for you to access our watermarking feature, you would need to be on a Dropbox Professional plan or a Business team.

Can I ask what plan you're trialing? 

You can find the steps to cancel your trial, right here

I upgraded to a professional plan which I intend to use, I just want to skip the trial so I can access watermarking.

Thanks for writing back to me, @danigordon

You should be able to have access to this feature when on a Professional plan, even if you use a trial. 

Have you tried the steps shown here?

Yes I tried that. I upgraded via iOS if that makes a difference. It won’t let me access watermarking 😞

If I were you, I would try contacting our Support team

They should be able to have a look into some account specific info on their end, and suggest how you should proceed. 

Let me know your ticket number if you do, so I can pass our convo to them as well!
