Upgrading a subscription that was purchased through Google Play

I'm trying to upgrade my subscription from my 1TB to a 2TB plan, but because I pay using google play, dropbox directs me to the play store. The play store has NO OPTION for changing subscription - only to cancel? Please advise how one is supposed to acheive an  upgrade in this scenario.

Hi!

You are correct - seems like the previous support article linked in March is no longer available.

To manage your subscription that you signed up for through your mobile phone app store, I would start by looking for an option to change your subscription through the app store (see instructions for Google Play Store or Apple AppStore).

If, similar to the original poster, you can't find a suitable subscription option in the app store, the only option would be to cancel the current subscription managed by your app store and once it expires, upgrade directly via Dropbox website.
