Upgrading to Plus version is not yet active

Yesterday I paid 119.88 EUR on 25.08 to upgrade the Dropbox to Plus version. Till today I do not receive the upgrade storage of 2 TB.
What should I do?

Hi there @Santo Festa, I hope you're well today!

Can you confirm for me, did you upgrade directly through the Dropbox website, or through the Dropbox app on your mobile device?

If you're not sure, you can check to see if the charge shows it's through the Google/Apple app store.

Let me know and we'll go from there!
