I just got an email...


Hi Mark,

Congratulations on upgrading your account to Dropbox Professional! This email serves as your receipt.

A detailed summary of your transactions with Dropbox can be found on your payments page, where you can view, download, and print your invoice.

I never signed up for this.  When I go into my account, there is no record of the transaction.  What is going on?

If this is an official email from a Dropbox domain, then it looks like that account has been upgraded to a paid plan. 


As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.


You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link and providing as much info as possible.
