I have tried upgrading my account so I can open a file and it keeps saying no room. I know I have paid for it but I don’t know what to do from here.

Hey @Marycatherine1325, let's see what we can find here. 

 

To make sure we're on the same page, could you let me know if you're trying to add a shared folder to your account? 

 

Could you also check the subscription that you are on by going to your Plan tab
