At this point, may I have you create a ticket with our team so we can assist further with account specific information?

You can do this by clicking on the 'Contact support' button on every page you navigate in our Community. 

Let me know the ticket's ID once you do and I'll get on it asap. 

Thanks so much for your patience and cooperation. 

PS: On a side note, is it possible that your email service is filtering out messages from Dropbox before they reach your email account?  You can contact your email service provider or IT administrator for help on this if needed.
