Hello!
I'm getting notifications about the 25GB I received with my computer (bought a year ago) being expired in 7 days.
I haven't used all the GB. What does this imply for the files I already have in Dropbox? Will I still be able to access them? Will I be able to use Dropbox until I spend all the GB or they just disappear?
Thanks!
Hey @GemmaMundey, thanks for posting your question here.
When the additional promotional space expires, all the active files that are in your Dropbox account will still be available and accessible.
However, if your storage exceeds the maximum space limit possible, you'll stop syncing.
This means that you won't be able to add new and edit existing content.
Have you had a look through your Plan tab to see how much storage your files take up already?
Give me a nudge whenever you have an update on this, cheers!
