Hi,
Was just billed 120 Euro on my bank statement from dropbox Ireland, even though i am on the basic plan. No transaction history in Apple App store or anything that could indicate a misclick. No transcation number in bank statement, only a reference number, meaning i can't look up a potential purchase.
So what am i supposed to do exactly? It seems i paid for a product i didn't get, didn't request, and don't have a way to look up?

i would love to respond in the support ticket, but every time i click to open the ticket, it sends me back to main support page.
Is there any other way to move forward with this? I tried from multiple browsers and computers, the issue is not on my end.
