Hello,

I have a problem with signing in to the account 

[email removed as per Community Guidelines]

It worked before, but now the password does not work.

Tried to reset the password but no email came with reset link.

 

 

Also the photos which were saved there are no longer accessible via the links we used before

eg: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/47fxadq3a27c4iq/AADTvzFIXOyKRKPUBPxCKkUla gives 404

 

Can somebody tell me how to check whether dropbox deleted our account and removed the photos?

I cannot find a way how to do it.


There were photos from our camp for kids from years 2003-2017, we would be very sad to not be able to recover them.

Hi there @dd-kiwi, thanks for reaching out to us here!

 

Can you let me know what error you're getting when you try and sign into the account using the credentials that you know?

 

Since you're not receiving any password reset email, I'd suggest just checking your spam/junk inbox if you haven't already in case it was directed there by mistake.

 

Also, you can add "no-reply@dropbox.com" as a contact in your email account and try requesting the password reset again to see if that does the trick.

 

Let me know it goes and we'll take it from there!

Thank you for your answer,

 

i will double check that, but i already checked the spam folder.

 

When i input the login with password, it loads for about 2 seconds (nothing changes), then it writes `Invalid email or password` in red font over the login and also, `Oops! It looks like you may have forgotten your password. Click here to reset it.`

 

Already tried to send the reset email, but none got delivered.
