We changed our Business account but it won't reinstate

We changed our Business account but it won't reinstate

New member | Level 2

Our business account changed from STD from ADV but it won't reinstate on the web.  It asks me to pay again despite the fact we already paid via a 3rd party vendor.

Hey @jweyers, thanks for reaching out about this - let's see what we can find!

As a first step, could you check the subscription that your Dropbox account shows by going to the Plan tab?
