Good morning!
I bought a new Lenovo laptop this time.
Dropbox has also signed up as a Lenovo welcome.
But when I logged in, the capacity was not paid.
This is a Dropbox account at ys2501@naver.com.
I also applied for 5 out of 7 to add bonus space.
I heard that the 100gb capacity is one year.
If the free space is not paid, I am thinking of withdrawing.
We ask for the correct answer and handling.

Hello!
I am the person who purchased idea pad slim3-iil14-5dx on February 2, 2021.
I bought it, installed Windows 10 and installed the driver by installing the lenovo vatage app.
Suddenly, a pop-up window called Lenovo Welcome popped up.
I heard it's a free one-year use of dropbox 100gb.
They said they'd give it to me if I signed up.
I signed up, but I didn't get 100gb.
So, I asked the dropbox in the comments, but there was no answer.
I asked about Lenovo AS phone call, but they told me to ask again by e-mail.
So I am sending an email to dropbox like this.
Please check with the department in charge.
And please allow me to receive the 100G dropbox promotion.
