I miss mail with invoice to pay for Business account of my organization.
Now users can't sync files, Date to pay was to 25 March 2020.
If we pay for account now, after 3 months, all will back to normal ? Or we need change something or pay any penalty for late ?

If you were on a Business team and didn't renew, your team was most probably converted to a free team.
There is no penalty or fee for missing a payment.
To return to a Dropbox Business account, you can upgrade at any time.

I have one more question.
I recived invoice but with wrong company name on it. Now with that wrong name we cant make payment, we are transfered to freee plan as you write, so i can't contact to support as business partner, and get invoice with proper company name.
What shoul I do now ?
Just note that we can currently only offer this payment method for teams with 10 or more licenses.
