Hi @LMU; welcome to our Community and thanks for using Dropbox!

 

It sounds like you could be looking at another account and not the upgraded one. 

 

In that case, you can use our self-served look-up tool to identify which email address is associated with the charge in question and from there, log into that account to see the additional space from your upgrade:

 

https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt
