I need to upgrade my account asap after I tried to switch billing from apple to a creditcard (this cancelled my free trial of 2TB) and now I can't transfer my files that I need. When I go to upgrade I keep getting the error We’re having some trouble right now. Please try again later. and the pay button or something just cycles, unclickable. I've tried multiple browsers. Is it my account?

I think they canceled it to help me change my payment type because it was supposed to have gone on longer, but then we ran into this error that isn’t going away. So yes, my trial has ended.

Has your free trial completely finished @toasteds ?

 

You cannot upgrade on the website while there is any link to Apple/Google etc. so you may need to wait overnight or so until the connections are totally removed
