We're having trouble with our account because we need to get access to our old email

Dear Sir/madam,

 

Please note that we have changed the email address that we used to connect to Dropbox. Thus, as the Dropbox is full and we are in the process of uprading it. It is asking us to get access via our old email address [personal information removed as per Community Guidelines], which is no longer in use.

 

I would be grateful if you could kindly assist us in upgrading the Dropbox.
