We upgraded a different account, can we change this?

Hello!

 

A few months ago, we signed up for the Dropbox Professional plan. Unfortunately, by mistake, we issued it to a private person, not to a legal entity. We want to correct this error. How can we do this? Will it be possible to do this without stopping the service?

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.
