What can I do if I've lost access to my email & I've forgotten my password?

Hello and GoodMornng

I had an email account to which i lost access too.

I also forgot my password.

I am still using dropbox on my devices but cant login.

What should I do?

I hope at least one of your devices is mobile (phone/tablet). If so, on such a device in Settings there is an option "Connect a computer". Using it, you can start session in a computer. Now, you can change your account email to other, you have access to. Finally, you can reset your password (reset link will be received on the just set e-mail).
