What happens when I downgrade?

Explorer | Level 4

Hi,

I have run out space on my basic account. If I upgrade on the basis of a free trial period or pay monthly, what would happen to my files if I reverted (did not continue paying for additional storage) to my original basic account space ?

Hi there, assuming that when you downgrade you’ll be overquota, the files will remain on your account, they won’t be deleted.

All that will happen is that files will stop syncing. You can read more about this here.

Hope this helps!
