Back and forth email is not solviong my problem.
What account do you have? The only pick up the phone for Business users and that's from Standard and above...
Not sure. A basic business account I guess. $110 a year.
How much space do you have? I am trying to work it out LOL
Maybe go here and see what options you have? That will tell you for sure
You are so kind. Not sure about the space.
The underlying problem is I have two accounts, one of which I need to close. The email address associated with the account I wish to delete is closed (permanently). The Dropbox help emails keep telling me I have to log on to close the account. Which of course is not possible.
But the login details will still work on the website. So you could still log in and delete if you know the details - you don't need access to the actual e-mail account.
There does not seem to be a number. I am on a trial with the phone option and they call you it seems. They want £432 a year for 5TB space! - I could literally get a 5TB SSD and have £250 change and it'll last me 20+ years!
Joke this company LOL
I've deleted - best of luck!
Appreciate the help. They tell me there was a security issue so I have to change my password. Of course I can't change my password as the email address on the account is no longer active.
