Hi @Rusaln, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

Any plan allows users to add and delete files using shared folders. The differences with paid plans is the amount of quota and other features needed.

 

Note that only Dropbox Business teams offer shared quota for all members of the account.

 

Regarding CRM teams, what features are you looking for specifically? Most likely you’ll need a Dropbox Business team for your requirements.
