I received a $119.88 bill last month after trying to use the free feature for 30 days. The bill comes from Dropbox plus package, but my package is still Basic.

If you're seeing that your account is on the free, Basic plan, could it be that the charge you mentioned is related to another account of yours associated with another email address? 

If that's a possibility, please use our self served look-up tool to identify the charge: 

When you're done confirming the charge and the email address that it relates to, you can contact our Support team for further resolution. Rest assured they'll do their best to assist in any way they can.
