I am trying to add a secondary e-mail which has an existing Dropbox account to my professional account. I keep getting errors saying "This email already taken, try another"

That means there's already a Dropbox account with that email address. Each email can only be associated with one Dropbox account. If you change the email address on that other account, or delete the account, it will free up the email address for use on your current account.

That means there's already a Dropbox account with that email address. Each email can only be associated with one Dropbox account. If you change the email address on that other account, or delete the account, it will free up the email address for use on your current account.
