When I try sign in I get an error that there is no account with that email. What can I do?

Hi, I think there is something wrong with my account I tried to log in but it kept saying that there is no account with that email. But I have been using it for 1 year. I had very important documents in DropBox paper and now they are gone!!! I thought maybe singing in with Google would work, but instead, I have created a new account. Please can you solve this issue???

Do you happen to have any connected devices to your account where you might still be signed in?

 

Also, would you mind sending me a screenshot of that error message (excluding personal info)?
