Where are my files?

I upgraded to a monthly plan, synced all my files

 

...I reinstalled my macOS and when I re-installed dropbox and logged in

 

NO FILES!!!!

 

Where are they?

 

I have a transaction ID

I reinstalled and logged in with email/password rather than via Google 

 

my files are there. That may be something obvious to you but as far as

 

I was concerned I was logged into my account under the correct email

Hi there @BR0B0T, thanks for checking in. 

 

It sounds like you logged in to a Dropbox account associated with a different email address than the one you upgraded. 

 

Could you go to your Account tab in your desktop app's Preferences, and see which email you used?

Nope!

 

You sent me an email to the account I upgraded to

 

I logged in with that

Could you check your events page to see if there's any file activity in your account?

there isn't any activity in the events

 

I logged in with the other email account I use and nothing there either
