Where can I see my Dropbox plan?

Explorer | Level 3

How do I find out which plan I have?  I think it is Dropbox Plus, I pay $127.79 annualy.

I am 81 years old and only have dropbox for a back up, which is the best plan for me?

I would like a backup system that wll check my laptop for files tha have changed each night, then backup those files, is this possible with dropbox?

Hello @George L.2

Welcome to the Dropbox Community! I am happy to help with this.

Let's find your plan first. Please log in to your Dropbox account online and click here

The Dropbox desktop application can back up the files you are editing in your computer but you need to drag and drop these files in your Dropbox folder. Dropbox will create the folder in your computer after it is installed. You can read how to download and install Dropbox here.

Notes   The app cannot see anything that is not inside the Dropbox folder.

Finally, Dropbox Plus is our smallest paid plan we have and offers 2 TB of storage. It is a great choice for an individual and I can help with explaining all about the features of course.

You can see all the individual Dropbox plans here

Awaiting for all your questions. Thank you!
