Where can I update my billing information for my account?

New member | Level 2

I am so frustrated!  I've been trying to update my credit card for two days after having received a notice that my credit card is due to expire at the end of this month.

A link was provided in a no-reply email but when I log in, there is no place to go to update my credit card ... at least I can't find a place i.e. no billing tab.

VERY FRUSTRATING!

Tony

Hey there @tblinn,

If you currently have a subscription associated with your Dropbox account, then you can go to your Billing page here and you should see an option to “Update billing info” at the top of the page. You can check out the exact steps outlined in our Help Center article here too.

If you’re not able to see this option or see any current subscription on the account, can you please check if you’re indeed signed into the correct Dropbox account by going to your Account Settings page here and double checking the email address.

Let me know what you find - Thanks

Thank you.

No billing tab.  Transaction history says no transactions.  Banking shows $155.88 deducted on June 3, 2019.  No-reply notice says "click here" to update credit card.

I am signed in using[email removed by moderator as per Community Guidelines], which is correct.

I must apologize.  I discovered just now I had an old Dropbox account using a different email address and password.  I logged in to this account and was able to access billing and update my credit card.

I am therefore the author of my own frustration.

Thank you!

Tony
