Dear Dropbox,I didn't make the subscription i lost £9 on my account. It says on your website i will get my refund back once I ended the subscription. And when I checked there's no refund happening. Where's my money please?!
Dropbox doesnt say you will get a refund in any article unless you request it via support - it isnt an automated process.
Did you log a ticket with support to cancel your subscription and get the refund (thanks to EU distance selling regulations)? If not all you actually have done is stop future payments by cancelling.
