Hello, I am wondering why monthly I am being billed twice the same amount 2 days apart. Thanks,

Hi @dlogie , thanks for messaging the Community!

 

If you’re getting two transactions a month, since Dropbox accounts can only be charged once a month, most likely you have two separate Dropbox accounts.

 

You can confirm this by looking here and seeing only one payment per month on your current plan.

 

Could you try locating the second account using the transaction ID on the card lookup tool?
