Hi all-
I am pretty tech illiterate but here it goes. The first thing you all should know about my interaction with dropbox is that my employer has complete control of our Main dropbox and I control one single folder that is under my name. Lately, I've been receiving messages that the "account" that I have control of is out of space. When I went to empty it COMPLETELY, putting files into the desktop on my computer temporarily , the amount of space my computer stated I was over capacity did go down however it still said that I was over my alottment of space.
It stopped making sense to me so here I am asking for help.
Thanks,
Beto
